Q1) What kind of data can be collected during remote monitoring and what information can be derived from this data?
The Bergamt Stralsund granted approval for the first section of the Ostsee Anbindungsleitung (OAL) pipeline. The approximately 50-kilometre-long pipeline will connect the planned LNG terminal in the port of Mukran with the German gas pipeline network in Lubmin. The completion of the construction work is scheduled for the end of 2023.

Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS) operating Brazil's largest pipeline system, spanning over 2,000 km, has partnered with Atmos, a provider of pipeline management software.
Decom Engineering (Decom) has invested more than $1.2 million to develop its largest Chopsaw to date in response to client demand for larger sized subsea pipe-cutting capability.
The C1-46 Chopsaw has been designed to be useable in water depths of up to 2,000 meters and can cut pipes up to 46” of a wide range of materials in any orientation.
