Intero – The Sniffers, an emissions management and pipeline integrity services provider, has merged with TP Europe, a provider of comprehensive emission monitoring programs for the oil and gas industry.

The merger, which was finalized on Dec. 12, allows Intero - The Sniffers to expand its capabilities and strengthen its market position, the company said in a statement.
