The 48 km, 40-inch natural gas and hydrogen-ready pipeline between Knokke-Heist and Evergem in Belgium, delivered by the Spiecapag in a joint-venture, for a major North European natural gas operator, forms a critical link in the European hydrogen backbone. This paper documents the deployment of an integrated digital platform, Petro IT’s MOZAIC, configured on a no-code framework combining the solutions Pipetrak and Stack61, used to monitor, track, and optimize project resources in real time. The paper argues that the “one-size-fits-all” model that once dominated enterprise construction software is no longer fit for purpose, and presents how configuration ownership transferred to trained Spiecapag personnel produced measurable gains: 100% real-time resource visibility, daily reporting reduced from 6–8 hours to under 3, utilisation improving from 65–70% to 90%+, and QA/QC cycles compressed from 5–7 days to under 24 hours.
